Shipping policy

ORDER PROCESSING:

Please allow 2 days to process your order. Expect an email within 1 day to let you know your order is on the way!

Pickup orders will generally be ready within 1 hour of placing the order. Orders can be picked up daily, from 9AM to 7PM. An email will be sent when your order is ready for pickup.

 

FLAT RATE SHIPPING 

Orders are generally shipped within 2 days using UPS, FedEx, and USPS. Flat rate shipping fee of $7 to $15 applies to orders shipping anywhere in the United States. We do not ship outside of the United States at this time. Orders above $125 do receive free shipping!

 

REFUNDS,, RETURNS AND EXCHANGES

We accept returns up to 14 days after delivery, if the item is unused and in its original condition, and we will refund the full order amount minus the shipping costs for the return. Please note that we cannot refund shipping fees. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at info@themoderncanine.shop with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.
